Some shows are just down right sweet. You get sweet neighbors, a sweet location, sweet promoters, sweet weather….everything is just so sweet.

WELL….

This past weekend at the Geneva Fine Art Fair we were surrounded by sweets.

LITERALLY.

How sweet was this show? When I asked out neighbor (who is from a town right near Geneva) what was the deal with all the sugar, his response was that the taxes are so high that everyone needs something sweet in their lives. Crack me up! If you want to know if I taste tested everything. The answer is “no”. I am really trying to be so good on my diet because we are going to Turkey in September and I want to be in great shape for our trip. So, I restrained from leaning over the rail and giving MR. HUNKY CHUNKY CHOCO-LOVE a big wet lick on his face. Would they have missed his little pinky? I was very good.

Geneva is another E M Events show. You know how much I love Erin. It was a sweet show (besides all the sugar opportunities) and the crowds were great. Lots of interesting folks came by our booth. We even met someone who knows some of our best friends here in our neighborhood. That was fun. That person is an art teacher and teaches with our good friend’s sister up in the Chicago area.

So, all in all it was a sweet weekend full of smiles and giggles and not a morsel of chocolate parted my sweet lips.
